Warehouse Controller

About The Role As a Warehouse Controller at GSF Car Parts, you will be responsible for motivating and leading a team of Warehouse Operatives. Your role will ensure that stock levels meet sales budgets and that the warehouse operations run smoothly. Main Duties Include Manage the organisation and performance of the Goods In, Goods Out, Returns, and Stock Control departments Pick and load vans/carriers accurately for timely customer delivery Check stock quantities against computer records Develop effective solutions to challenges using personal judgment and initiative Assist the branch manager with holiday/sickness cover, weekly planning, team development, and coordination with drivers to optimize delivery services Create a positive environment where employees are valued and can reach their potential Working Hours Average hours are Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday working. About You You should have a proven track record of managing a warehouse, ideally within a fast-paced environment such as FMCG.
