About The Role
As a Warehouse Controller at GSF Car Parts, you will be responsible for motivating and leading a team of Warehouse Operatives. Your role will ensure that stock levels meet sales budgets and that the operational functions of the Warehouse run smoothly.
Main Duties Include
- Manage the organisation and performance of the Goods In, Goods Out, Returns, and Stock Control departments.
- Pick and load vans/carriers accurately for timely customer deliveries.
- Verify stock quantities against computer records.
- Use judgment and initiative to develop effective solutions to challenges.
- Assist the branch manager with holiday/sickness cover, weekly planning, team development, and coordinating with drivers to ensure optimal delivery service.
- Create a positive environment where employees are valued and can reach their potential.
Working Hours
41 hours per week, Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturdays.
About You
Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of managing a warehouse, preferably in a fast-paced environment like FMCG.
