We are seeking a detail‐oriented and organized HR Administrator to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will assist in managing HR records, employee documentation, and general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of HR functions and policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accurate and timely information.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting new hire orientations and exit procedures.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.).
- Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
- Help maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Organise and maintain HR files and documentation, both electronically and in physical form.
- Assist in planning and execution of HR initiatives and events (e.g., training sessions, team building activities).
- Support performance management processes by tracking appraisals and probation periods.
Qualifications And Skills
- Proven experience as an HR Administrator, HR Assistant, or similar role.
- Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
- Understanding of labour laws and confidentiality guidelines.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR software/systems.
