About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and people‑focused Learning & Development Partner to join our People Team. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll shape, deliver, and continuously improve blended learning experiences that support the development of our branch teams. What You’ll Be Doing
- Digital Learning & Content Development: Create, manage, and maintain high‑quality digital and online learning content aligned to business priorities.
- Learning Materials & LMS: Scope, plan, and upload learning materials to the LMS.
- Content Collaboration: Coordinate with internal subject matter experts to gather content and meet delivery timelines.
- Module Development: Build engaging learning modules using authoring tools.
- Learning Delivery: Deliver online and face‑to‑face learning sessions for branch teams. Support Sales Advisor performance development and induction programmes. Provide general system support and guidance to branch colleagues.
- LMS Management & User Experience: Continuously improve the LMS experience to drive engagement and usage. Administer the system, including bespoke user setups and feature configuration.
- Induction Programme Ownership: Maintain and refresh the “Welcome to GSF” module in line with organisational changes. Update internal role matrices and associated skills. Provide managers with clear guidance on inducting new team members. Scope and plan bespoke induction content. Report on induction completion across departments.
- Learning Programme Design: Work closely with L&D leadership to design and implement role‑specific development programmes that reflect our culture and business objectives.
- Skills Mapping & Performance Support: Maintain and update skills matrices to support development planning and performance management. Add new roles to the matrix and refresh knowledge areas annually to reflect evolving business needs.
