We’re looking for a talented Software Engineer / Developer with proven experience in Next.js, React, and C# to join our growing team. This hybrid role is based at our Wolverhampton NDC, requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in the office. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level developer with a few years of hands-on experience who’s eager to expand their skills and contribute to impactful projects within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using Next.js and React.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate APIs and manage data using MySQL.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code in JavaScript, TypeScript, and C#.
- Participate in code reviews, share feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the Lead Software Engineer to deliver projects on time and to specification.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Software Engineer or Developer.
- Strong hands-on experience with Next.js and React for web development.
- Solid experience with C# in a production environment.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Experience working with MySQL databases.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Exposure to Azure or other cloud platforms is a plus.
- A portfolio or examples of relevant work/projects is highly desirable.
