GSF Car Parts is the UK's fastest growing motor factor. Trade loyalty is key to our future growth and we're looking for an exceptional person to lead it. We're relaunching our trade loyalty programme with this newly created senior role, reporting to our Marketing & Communications Director, with the mandate to own the programme end to end: strategy, relaunch, and everything that follows.

What You'll Do

  • Own the loyalty strategy and lead delivery of its relaunch.
  • Turn spend-based tiers and CRM behavioural data into a contact strategy that actually changes customer behaviour.
  • Build and own the commercial case for the programme.
  • Engage key internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Partner with our Data & Analytics team to get actionable data and insights.
  • Report on what's working — account retention, tier migration, spend growth, customer sentiment — and change course when it isn't.

This is a hybrid role based at our Head Quarters in Wolverhampton working 40 hours per week.

About You

What you’ll bring:

  • A track record running a B2B or trade loyalty/rewards programme — automotive aftermarket, wholesale distribution or a similar trade sector is a strong plus.
  • Commercial confidence — as comfortable talking margin and pricing as you are talking engagement.
  • Experience turning CRM or segmentation data into a contact strategy that sales and marketing teams actually use.
  • The stakeholder skills to work across Finance, Data & Analytics and Marketing, and to hold your own at senior level.
  • Experience launching or relaunching a programme — not just running an established one.

About Us

Why GSF: You'd be joining at a genuinely pivotal moment for the business, real investment and ambition behind this programme, and a leadership team that will back you to build something that doesn't come with a fixed template. GSF Car Parts is one of the UK’s leading automotive parts distributors, supplying thousands of independent garages throughout the UK and Ireland with parts, tools, garage equipment and specialist training. The group has over 175 branches nationwide and a turnover exceeding £475 million. Built on the heritage and success of a dozen local brand identities acquired over several years, we have traded as one brand since November 2021. Our branch network is bolstered by centralised support and expertise from specialist departments in key areas such as procurement and supply chain, marketing and national accounts. The business also benefits from integrated IT systems, which include our industry leading catalogue system, Allicat, and access to the Group's national garage programme, Servicesure.
