About The Role
As the Fleet Administrator you will provide administration support to the Fleet Manager and be a prime contact for our branches and suppliers in relation to all aspects of the company vehicles.
About You
Main Duties Include:
- Liaising with various suppliers to the fleet department such as our hire providers fuel card suppliers through to Accident Management companies
- Ensuring the company / fleet spreadsheets and systems are up to date with relevant information
- Dealing with fleet enquiries both on the phone and in person
- At times being the primary contact on-site for the fleet control and provision
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure the efficient running of the business
- Preparing fleet analysis and reporting results to Management
- Collating all the relevant vehicle paperwork
- Completing other general administrative tasks
- Ad hoc projects as instructed by Fleet Manager
Working Hours
- 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00am and 5:30pm.

- Previous experience within a similar role
- Forward thinking and able to use own initiative
- High level of literacy
- Excellent organisation and time planning skills
- Attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to process high volume of paperwork
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
- High level of IT Literacy
