We are looking for a Branch Administrator who, as part of your role, will support the branch by contributing to the financial performance.

Main duties include:

  • Ensure all proof of delivery (POD) notes are accounted for
  • Ensure missing notes and POD’s are investigated and replacements obtained if required
  • Balance branch till daily ensuring everything is accurate and up to date
  • Complete branch banking books and ensure monies are banked daily
  • Forwarding till reports to Head Office and update banking template
  • Allocate pay later notes
  • Monitor unpaid cash sale reports, escalating any discrepancies or queries
  • Ensuring any unpaid or outstanding amounts are collected in a timely manner
  • Running the weekly account statements and ensure these are up to date
  • Ensuring staff accounts are up to date
  • Monitor and analyse the age debt report
  • Allocate customer payments whilst ensuring monies are banked daily
  • Updating customer notes with detail as and when required
  • Monitor and review customer credit limits
  • Dealing with general customer queries either face to face or over the telephone

Working hours: 45 (average) hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday working.

As a Branch Administrator, you will have experience in telesales and/or customer service, ideally gained in a fast-paced sales-driven environment.
