We are looking for an ambitious, proactive and highly organised Marketing Executive with a strong understanding of digital marketing. The Marketing Executive will work closely with the marketing and e‑commerce teams to develop, implement, and optimise online marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires a data‑driven mindset, a creative approach to problem‑solving, and a passion for growing brands online.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and execute e‑commerce marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, paid search, and display ads.
  • Research, write, and edit a variety of content, including website copy, product descriptions, email campaigns, social media posts, and press releases.
  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns that engage customers, promote new products, and drive repeat purchases, including list segmentation, A/B testing, email automation and performance analysis.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to stay informed of industry trends and identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Work closely with product, customer service, and technical teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and align on key objectives.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years in B2C, preferably in an e‑commerce setting.
  • Technical skills: Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs, email marketing platforms like Mailchimp); ideally experience with Magento.
  • Content creation: Experience in content creation and social media management.
  • Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer‑centric mindset.
