About The Role
Delivery Drivers are a crucial part of the team within GSF Car Parts. They represent our brand by delivering parts to customers and providing excellent customer service. They also give valuable feedback and help us ensure timely deliveries.
As a Delivery Driver on a zero-hour/casual contract, you will support the branch during holidays or absences. You will contribute to the success of the organization and promote the company brand through positive customer interactions.
Main Duties include:
- Delivering products within a mile radius of the branch
- Providing high levels of customer service
- Reporting customer and competitor activity to the branch
- Loading your vehicle according to procedures
- Collecting customer returns
- Vehicle maintenance and daily checks
- Assisting in the warehouse as needed
- Supporting inter-branch transfer deliveries
Working hours: Up to (average) hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday work, depending on branch needs.
About You
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points
- Good knowledge of the mile radius around the branch
- Previous delivery driver experience
- Understanding of excellent customer service standards
- Ability to meet deadlines and good time management
- Customer-focused and willing to go the extra mile
