Delivery Drivers play a crucial part of the team within GSF Car Parts. They are the face of our brand by delivering parts to customers and continuously providing excellent customer service. Our Delivery Drivers are important to us, giving customer feedback insights and ensuring we stay committed to delivering goods within the promised time.
As a Delivery Driver working on a zero hour/casual contract, you will support the branch in covering any holidays or absences. You will be responsible for contributing to the overall success of a high-performing organisation and promoting the Company brand through positive interaction with customers.
Main Duties Include:
- Delivering products to customers’ premises within a 40-mile radius
- Ensuring high levels of customer service at all times
- Providing feedback to the branch on relevant customer and competitor activity
- Loading your vehicle according to procedures
- Collecting customer returns as required
- Vehicle maintenance including carrying out daily checks
- Assisting in the warehouse as needed
- Supporting inter-branch transfer deliveries as required
Working Hours: Up to 41 hours on average, Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday working depending on branch coverage.

- Full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points
- Minimum of 3 years driving experience
- Excellent knowledge of the 40-mile radius around the branch
- Previous experience as a delivery driver
- Understanding of excellent customer service standards
- Ability to meet deadlines and good time management skills
- Customer-focused, driven to achieve, and willing to go the extra mile
