Delivery Drivers play a crucial part in the team within GSF Car Parts. They are the face of our brand by delivering parts to customers and providing excellent customer service. Our Delivery Drivers give valuable customer feedback and help us stay committed to delivering goods within the promised time. As a Delivery Driver working on a zero-hour/casual contract, you will support the branch in covering holidays or absences. You will contribute to the success of a high-performing organization and promote the Company brand through positive customer interactions.
Main Duties include:
- Deliver products to customers within a mile radius
- Ensure high levels of customer service at all times
- Provide feedback to the branch on customer and competitor activity
- Load your vehicle according to procedures
- Collect customer returns as required
- Perform vehicle maintenance, including daily checks
- Assist in the warehouse when needed
- Support inter-branch transfer deliveries as required
Working hours: Up to (average) hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday working, depending on branch coverage.
About You
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points
- Good knowledge of the mile radius around the branch
- Previous delivery driver experience
- Understanding of excellent customer service standards
