Delivery Drivers play a crucial part in the team within GSF Car Parts. They are the face of our brand by delivering parts to customers and providing excellent customer service. Our Delivery Drivers give customer feedback insights and help us stay committed to delivering goods within the promised time.
Main Duties Include:
- Delivering products to customer premises within a 40-mile radius
- Ensuring high levels of customer service at all times
- Providing feedback to the branch on customer and competitor activity
- Loading your vehicle according to procedures
- Collecting customer returns as required
- Carrying out vehicle maintenance and daily checks
- Assisting in the warehouse when needed
- Supporting inter-branch transfer deliveries as required
Working Hours
Up to 41 hours per week, Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday working, depending on branch coverage.
About You Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points
- Minimum of 3 years driving experience
- Good knowledge of the 40-mile radius around the branch
- Previous delivery driver experience
- Understanding of excellent customer service standards
- Ability to meet deadlines and maintain good timekeeping
- Customer-focused, motivated to achieve, and willing to go the extra mile
