We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the production of printed and digital communication pieces to promote the business whilst having direct involvement with a variety of projects working with the marketing team and other commercial functions to communicate to our customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create promotional material for traditional print and use online.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and internal departments to achieve the timeline.
  • Coordinate a job from initial brief through to production and distribution.
  • Assist the marketing team in supporting our busy branch network with promotions, events and any duties that the team may be given.

Working hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday as instructed by the Manager with hybrid available.

About You

What we’re looking for:

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and Microsoft Office.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creative thinking, technical ability, and a deep understanding of layout, typography, and design principles.
  • Your work should demonstrate versatility across digital and print projects, with examples of how you've turned concepts into effective visual solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • The ability to stay calm and focused when working to tight deadlines or changing priorities.
  • A flexible and adaptive approach, enabling you to collaborate effectively with others and respond to feedback constructively.
  • Excellent organisational and file management skills to ensure smooth workflows.
