The Warehouse Team Leader will be responsible for managing a team of warehouse operatives, ensuring that all operational targets are met, and maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and efficiency. Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar warehouse team leader or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including inventory management, order processing, and logistics.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Good understanding of health and safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
