We are seeking a detail‑oriented and organized Part Time HR Administrator to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will assist in managing HR records, employee documentation, and general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of HR functions and policies.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accurate and timely information.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting new hire orientations and exit procedures.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.).
  • Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
  • Help maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Organize and maintain HR files and documentation, both electronically and in physical form.
  • Assist in planning and execution of HR initiatives and events (e.g., training sessions, team building activities).
  • Support performance management processes by tracking appraisals and probation periods.
