The Partnership Administrator supports and maintains a high-performing network of partner garages, acting as the primary point of contact for network members and partners.

They manage subscriptions, membership queries, and ensure smooth operations and accurate administration.

  • Partner & Network Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for network garages, handling queries related to subscriptions and membership.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and partners, ensuring effective collaboration and support.
  • Process new garage applications, renewals, and terminations in line with business requirements.
  • Maintain and manage the network database, ensuring accuracy and data integrity at all times.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Work closely with internal teams including Marketing, Finance, and Operations to coordinate communications and support material upkeep.
  • Support subscription collection, commission payments, and supplier payments in line with contractual agreements.
  • Coordinate communications across branches and regions regarding network updates and activity.
  • Events & Engagement Plan
  • Plan, organise and coordinate network events such as training sessions, regional meetings and partner engagement activities.
  • Administration & Systems
  • Carry out general administrative duties including document management and filing.
  • Use Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) to manage data, reporting and communication effectively.
  • Additional Duties
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties as required by the line manager.
