As a Warehouse Controller at GSF Car Parts, you will motivate and lead a team of Warehouse Operatives and ensure stock delivers sales budgets while the warehouse runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the organisation and performance of the Goods In, Goods Out, Returns and Stock Control departments for smooth and efficient operation.
  • Pick and load vans or carriers accurately to meet timely customer delivery requirements.
  • Check stock quantities against the computer system.
  • Use personal judgment and initiative to develop effective and constructive solutions to challenges and obstacles.
  • Ensure operational functions run smoothly and assist the branch manager with holiday/sickness cover, weekly planning, team development and working with drivers to provide the best delivery service for customers.
  • Create a positive and supportive environment where employees are valued and can reach their true potential.
  • Have a great track record of managing a warehouse, ideally in a fast‑paced FMCG environment.
