About The Role
We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk on a temp to perm basis to ensure that the company’s financial obligations to vendors and suppliers are met efficiently and accurately. You will provide support to the Head of Accounts Payable Team,processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining proper records of transactions.
Role details
- Contract: Temp-to-perm
- Probation period: 3 months
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Working pattern: 8:30am – 5:00pm with a 30-minute lunch break (there is some flexibility around start and finish times for the right candidates)
About You
The key requirements for the roles are:
- Previous Accounts Payable experience
- A strong work ethic, drive, and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in the office five days per week initially
- Hold a full UK Driving Licence - The office is not accessible via public transport
- By 2027, we expect to move to a hybrid arrangement with one day per week working from home
