At GSF Car Parts, our Sales Advisors are outgoing, dynamic, and passionate, always providing the best service. They care about customers and our business, forming the foundation of our success. We seek an outgoing Sales Advisor to support the branch by fully satisfying customer needs and contributing to achieving sales targets.

Main duties include:

  • Developing customer relationships and applying effective sales techniques
  • Working within the sales team on product promotions, answering telephone and electronic queries
  • Satisfying customer needs regarding part orders and queries
  • Contributing to team performance and working on personal sales benchmarks
  • Liaising with the Distribution Co-ordinator to meet delivery requirements
  • Gaining product knowledge through internal literature
  • Using E-learning portals to improve skills

Working hours: Average hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday working.

Experience in telesales or customer service in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment is preferred.

  • Knowledge of car parts and MAM/Allicat is helpful but not essential
