To deliver high-quality, compliant training and assessments for Reach Truck and other Materials Handling Equipment (MHE), ensuring operators are competent, safe, and compliant with legal and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Reach Truck and MHE training in line with ACOP L117, PUWER, HSE, and company policies.
  • Conduct novice, refresher, conversion, and familiarisation training.
  • Carry out pre-use checks, practical and theoretical assessments.
  • Ensure all training meets RTITB / ITSSAR / AITT (or equivalent) standards.
  • Maintain accurate training records, certificates, and operator authorisations.
  • Identify skill gaps and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Promote a strong safety culture and challenge unsafe behaviours.
  • Liaise with Operations, HR, and Health.
