About The Role
Main Duties include:
- Manage the organisation and performance of the Goods In, Goods Out, Returns, and Stock Control departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Pick and load vans/carriers accurately for timely customer deliveries.
- Verify stock quantities against computer records.
- Use judgment and initiative to develop effective solutions to challenges and obstacles.
- Manage the inter-branch distribution team.
- Ensure the warehouse functions smoothly and assist the branch manager with holiday/sickness cover, weekly planning, team development, and collaboration with drivers to optimize delivery service.
- Assist the General Manager with PARC report KPIs.
- Create a positive environment where employees are valued and can reach their potential.
