About The Role
Delivering process training to frontline Branch staff whilst supporting the Branch Network in hitting PARC targets on compliance and shrinkage and resolving key Operational issues.
Main Duties and Accountabilities
- Provide training on Operational processes to new starters throughout initial induction period and any further training to existing staff as and when necessary and as demonstrated branch Audit results.
- Maintain Operational Training plans for branches covered.
- Offer basic training and support on Cash Banking processes.
- Complete Operational Health Checks.
- Support completion of Audits scoring by providing data.
- Drive branches throughout month for process completion to ensure smooth month end completion.
- Support Branch Stocktake Management programme.
- Develop key Team Members to follow defined RTS processes, reduce any potential write offs and to follow defined warranty processes.
- Develop Key Team Members to ensure all inventory processes are accurate and robust to enable accurate stock integrity.
- Provide support to branches ‘in crisis’ such as Stocktake progress problems or where volumes have built up – for instance RTS or warranty not dealt with.
- Support Operations Managers and Audit in stock variance or Stocktaking investigations.
- Provide front line support on small branch projects as appropriate e.g. small racking or range location changes, and on local branch projects as and when needed – e.g. new branch or branch move.
- Provide support on any other projects as and when directed by Operations Manager.
- Maybe required to be “the expert” on a particular subject & provide guidance & or deliver structured documented training physically or via teams.
This role will be field based covering the East Anglia region.

Essential- Operational experience, ideally gained in a multi-site Organisation.
- Good knowledge of Branch Processes, especially warehouse.
- Good organisational skills.
- Enthusiastic with the ability to motivate others and lead by example.
- Able to work well under own initiative.
- Excellent communicator, at all levels.
- IT literate & proficient in use of Excel.
- Excellent knowledge of Autopart.
- Clean valid Driving Licence with the flexibility to travel.
- Good knowledge of Sales processes and AlliCat.
- Good knowledge of Banking and Cash processes.
- Good Health and Safety Awareness.
