We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Training & Learning Specialist to join our team. This role combines e-learning administration, instructional design, and the delivery of training programmes across multiple locations. The successful candidate will support branch staff by providing high-quality training solutions, coordinating with suppliers, and facilitating both online and digital training initiatives.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience in e-learning administration and instructional design. Experience delivering training in both physical and digital environments.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Cornerstone, Moodle) and e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate). Familiarity with virtual meeting tools like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and project management abilities. Flexibility and willingness to travel to various branch locations.
