About The Role

Delivery Drivers play a crucial part in the team within GSF Car Parts. They are the face of our brand by delivering parts to customers and providing excellent customer service. Our Delivery Drivers are important to us, offering customer feedback insights and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
As a Delivery Driver working on a zero hour/casual contract, you will support the branch in covering holidays or absences. You will contribute to the success of a high-performing organization and promote the Company brand through positive customer interactions.
Main Duties include:
  • Delivering products to customer premises within a 40-mile radius
  • Ensuring high levels of customer service at all times
  • Providing feedback to the branch on customer and competitor activity
  • Loading your vehicle according to procedures
  • Collecting customer returns as required
  • Carrying out daily vehicle checks and maintenance
  • Assisting in the warehouse as needed
  • Supporting inter-branch transfer deliveries as required
Working hours: Up to 41 hours per week, Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturdays, depending on branch cover.

About You

What you\’ll need to succeed:
  • Full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points
  • Minimum of 3 years driving experience
  • Good knowledge of the 40-mile radius around the branch
  • Previous experience as a delivery driver
  • Understanding of excellent customer service standards
  • Ability to meet deadlines and good time management skills
  • Customer-focused, motivated to achieve, and willing to go the extra mile
