We are a dynamic engineering business working exclusively in the aerospace market for major airlines and manufacturers. We operate workshop and field-based engineers to provide maintenance and repairs to aircraft tooling and equipment globally. Our head office is based in Poole, Dorset and we have additional offices and workshops at key aerospace hubs in the UK.
We are currently looking for a vibrant, driven and focused individual to join our team as a HR & Recruitment Co-Ordinator. This is a key role within the team and will be focused on continuous expansion of our wider staff team, with the opportunity to be involved in key HR projects. Reporting to and working closely with the Management Team, you will take full responsibility for managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
As the HR & Recruitment Co-Ordinator you will find a variety of different tasks to complete daily. These will include, but are not limited to:
- Proactively leading end-to-end recruitment, from managing vacancies and careers events to effective onboarding.
- Advertise vacancies on job boards and other suitable locations; you'll be confident with utilising social media and creating engaging adverts.
- Shortlist candidates, carry out pre-screening interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Assisting with face-to-face and online interviews where necessary.
- Ensure candidates meet all necessary qualifications and compliance with industry regulations and legal requirements (e.g. DBS checks) and company policies during recruitment.
- Ensure all recruitment and onboarding administrative processes and records are accurate, effective and efficient.
- Upskill our hiring managers on interview techniques and assessment.
- Delivering trusted HR advice and support to everyone across the business, in collaboration with our outsourced HR support team.
- Developing and maintaining effective HR policies and procedures.
- Support the wider Management team with additional administrative tasks as and when required.

- Experienced with IT, demonstrating ability in MS Office - including Email, Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Able to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good at communicating with people at all levels.
