We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Surveyor to join our top-tier Valuations & Advisory team, focused on commercial assets across office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use sectors. Key Responsibilities

• Undertake valuation assignments for a broad range of commercial properties for financial reporting, loan security, acquisition/disposal, and internal strategy purposes.
• Manage client relationships with banks, REITs, institutional investors, developers, and corporate occupiers.
• Lead complex valuation projects, with a focus on high-quality analysis and reporting.
• Assist in mentoring junior surveyors and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team.
• Keep up to date with market trends and regulatory frameworks relevant to commercial property and RICS Red Book compliance.

About You

• MRICS qualified with 1-5+ years of post-qualification experience in commercial property valuation.
• Strong technical knowledge and a solid understanding of DCF, income capitalisation, and comparable approaches.
• Experience working with institutional clients, lenders, and large-scale portfolios.
• A proactive approach, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work both autonomously and within a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
