Student accommodation is our business. We created student accommodation, and then we transformed it into the global sector it is today. But we know that there is still more to do. Inspired by the business model of the global hotel industry giants, we want to expand and improve the scale, reach, and quality of student accommodation around the world. Our vision is to be the global leader in student accommodation with over 250,000 beds under management by 2025. To achieve this, we rely on talented, ambitious people who share our vision.

We’re currently on the hunt for an experienced Sales Co-ordinator to join the team in our Bristol Hub. First things first, you’ll understand that there is no point in having all these beds for students, if nobody is sleeping in them. So, your main responsibility is to ensure maximum occupancy in all our residences. To do this you will use your toolkit of sales and marketing strategies to deliver results.

Here’s what else you’ll do:

  • As a people person you know that relationships are key. Using your winning personality and communication skills to build internal and external relationships with resident managers, universities, agencies and internal teams like marketing and operations.
  • As all good salespeople know, "the fortune is in the follow up" and you’re no exception. You’ll proactively follow up all leads generated from a range of sources including social media, face to face and marketing events.
  • Your exemplary customer service skills will ensure you deliver on your commitments to our customers in spades.
  • Naturally you will be used to achieving targets and smashing your goals.

To be successful you will need to have experience within a similar role, with a proven track record in a target driven environment. You’re not one to shy away from a challenge and have communication skills that are second to none. A background in the Student Accommodation industry will give you the edge and if you speak other languages then you’re on to a winner.

So if you are looking for your next opportunity and you think you fit the bill, then apply now.
