In this role, you will: Animation-Focused Excellence – Spend 70% of your time crafting exceptional 2D animations using Spine and After Effects that captivate and inspire. Visual Mastery – Design eye-catching graphics for gaming audiences in the remaining 30% of your work. Mentor – Guide junior team members, offering valuable feedback to elevate their skills and ensure project success. Innovate and Improve – Identify opportunities to enhance production pipelines and processes for optimal efficiency.
