We’re working with a well-established, growing design studio and exhibition specialist in the West Midlands, who is looking for a Creative Director to lead from the front. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can hit the ground running, shaping creative vision, inspiring teams, and delivering standout exhibition and experiential work for clients.
The Role
- Lead and inspire a creative design team
- Own and shape creative direction across a variety of exhibitions.
- Drive concept development from brief through to delivery
- Play a key role in pitches, presentations, and client engagement
- Ensure alignment across design, production, and delivery teams
- Champion creativity, innovation, and high standards across the business
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience operating as a Creative Director or Creative Lead
- Experience with 3D design tools such as SketchUp
- Strong background in exhibition design, events, or experiential environments
- A creative portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and delivered work
- Confident client-facing presence with strong presentation skills
- Experience leading and developing creative teams
- A strategic mindset with the ability to balance creativity and commercial thinking
