We’re working with a well-established, design-led consultancy specialising in the leisure and hospitality sector, known for delivering innovative, high-impact environments for leading brands across the UK. They are now looking for a confident and driven Project Manager to join their multidisciplinary team.
This role will see you leading high-value, diverse construction and refurbishment projects, working closely with internal creative teams and external partners to bring concepts to life. It’s an exciting opportunity for someone energetic, resourceful, and hands-on, who enjoys taking full ownership of projects from inception through to completion.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end delivery of construction and refit projects
- Manage project programmes, budgets, and contractor performance
- Oversee tender processes and contractor appointments
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and key stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards
- Identify and manage risks and on-site challenges
- 5+ years’ experience in project management within the interior or architectural design space
- Experience within hospitality or leisure design is highly desirable, though other design sectors will be considered
- Strong knowledge of JCT contracts and construction processes
- Proven experience managing budgets, programmes, and project variations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Work with a design-focused consultancy delivering standout leisure and hospitality environments
