We're currently recruiting for a Pre-Press Specialist to join a well-established and growing production and graphics business, delivering high-quality visual solutions for exhibitions, live events and branded environments across the UK and Europe.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced pre-press professional with a background in large format print and graphics production to join a busy and collaborative team working on a diverse range of projects. Working closely with designers and production teams, you will play a key role in ensuring artwork is accurately prepared and production-ready.
Responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and checking artwork for print production
- Ensuring files meet technical specifications and production requirements
- Managing colour accuracy, profiles and output settings
- Creating print-ready files for a range of large format graphics applications
- Identifying and resolving artwork issues before production
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on schedule
- Maintaining exceptional quality standards throughout the production process
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 3-4 years experience in a Pre-Press, Artworker, Reprographics or Graphics Production position
- Strong understanding of large format print production processes
- Experience preparing artwork for print across a variety of applications
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to your work
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
- Proficient in the use of RIP software and digital print workflows
- Understanding of colour management, file formats and print specifications
- The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Desirable Experience:
- Experience within exhibitions, events, experiential marketing, retail graphics or signage
- Knowledge of graphics production for large-scale environments
- Experience working closely with production and installation teams
