We're working with a well-established, yet still growing design studio and exhibition specialist in the West Midlands, who is looking for a Creative Director to lead from the front. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can hit the ground running, shaping creative vision, inspiring teams, and delivering standout exhibition and experiential work for a wide variety of clients.

You will be sitting at the heart of the studio, where you will not only be leading creative direction and elevating creative standards, but bridging the gap between design, sales and project management teams.

You will:

  • Lead and inspire a creative design team
  • Own and shape creative direction across a variety of exhibitions and live events
  • Drive concept development from brief through to delivery
  • Play a key role in pitches, presentations, and client engagement
  • Ensure alignment across design, sales and project management teams
  • Champion creativity, innovation, and high standards across the business
