We are one of the market leaders in student accommodation and we’re looking for a friendly and reliable House Keeper to join our residence team in our state‑of‑the‑art student accommodation in the heart of Newcastle.
Schedule: 20 hours per week (Monday - Friday 10am - 2pm)
Salary: £12,708 per annum
Location: Central Newcastle
You’ll be responsible for keeping communal areas and rooms clean and tidy and deep cleaning vacated rooms & kitchens where required between tenancies. Excellent attention to detail is needed to ensure everything is highly presentable and in tip‑top condition for the students that live with us. Along with the day‑to‑day activities within your role, you will also be required to manage your health and safety responsibilities as set out in Section 7 of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974.
