Our client—a well-established, multi-regional construction contractor—is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join their expanding team. With a full pipeline of secured work for the next 4+ years, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a business delivering a wide range of projects across social housing, new build private housing, and commercial construction.
This role focuses on the delivery of timber frame social housing schemes in the Liverpool area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction and, crucially, demonstrable experience working with housing associations, ensuring high standards of quality, communication, and compliance are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead day-to-day site operations from groundworks through to completion
- Manage subcontractors and trades to meet programme and quality targets
- Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation and company standards
- Liaise effectively with housing associations, local authorities, and project stakeholders
- Drive efficient project delivery within agreed budgets and timescales
- Proven experience managing new build housing projects using timber frame methods
- Strong track record of delivering social housing schemes
- Must have experience working directly with housing associations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid certifications
- Competitive salary up to £65,000
