Senior Project Manager – Flagship Social Housing Scheme 📍 Liverpool 💼 Permanent 💰 Outstanding Salary + Executive Package 📈 Progression to Multi-Project Leadership We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established main contractor with a strong presence in both commercial build and residential housing. They’re delivering a flagship social housing new build project in Liverpool, and are seeking a proven Senior Project Manager to lead from the front. This role will focus on a single high-value scheme initially, with future potential to oversee multiple projects across the region. 🏗️ The Role: As Senior Project Manager, you’ll take full accountability for delivering a major social housing project from pre-construction to completion. You’ll manage operational teams, programme performance, and be the key client interface on site.
