We are looking to hire part time Admin for HMP Highlands in Inverness, working between 9am/10am to 2pm/3pm Mon-Thurs (potentially Friday if the site requires). Immediate start, temporary ongoing position. Rate: £13-£15.85ph.

Their role would involve, but is not limited to:

  • The management of a number of properties we are currently renting in Inverness, which includes issuing leases and sub-leases to tenants/landlords, managing/recording occupants (which may change throughout the project), receiving and tracking invoices from the various landlords.
  • Document control, filing relevant documents on Procore.
  • General site administration.
