We are looking to hire part time Admin for HMP Highlands in Inverness, working between 9am/10am to 2pm/3pm Mon-Thurs (potentially Friday if the site requires)
Immediate start, temporary ongoing position.
Rate: 13- 15.85ph
Their role would involve, but is not limited to;
- The management of a number of properties we are currently renting in Inverness, this would include issuing leases and sub-leases to tenants/landlords, managing/recording occupants (which may change throughout the project), receiving and tracking invoices from the various landlords.
- Document control, filing relevant documents on Procore
- General site administration
