About the Role: We are working with a leading Facade company to find an experienced Cladding Specialist Contracts Manager for one of the UK's top facade and cladding contractors. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage cladding projects, ensuring the successful delivery of complex and high-profile projects across various sectors.
As a Cladding Specialist Contracts Manager, you will take responsibility for overseeing all contract management aspects, from initial tendering and negotiation to project completion. This role is pivotal to ensuring quality, safety, and profitability are maintained on-site throughout the entire lifecycle of the cladding installation process.
Key Responsibilities:- Contract Management: Lead the preparation, negotiation, and management of cladding contracts, ensuring compliance with all specifications, regulations, and industry standards.
- Project Oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations of cladding installation projects, including overseeing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
