GS3 are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a refurbishment and fit out project on a large public sector building in Shawlands, Glasgow. This is a 6-week contract starting Monday 29th June 2026, involving:
- Interior fit-out works
- Internal building upgrades
- Roof replacement works
- Management and coordination of multiple subcontractors
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard
Requirements
- Valid SMSTS
- Valid First Aid Certificate
- Previous experience managing fit-out subcontractors
- Strong health & safety awareness
- Ability to manage site operations and maintain project progress
- Must be available for the full 6-week duration, Monday to Friday
Rate
£29 - £31 per hour (depending on experience)
