Site Manager Kilwinning Up to £52,000 Permanent | Long-Term Framework An established contractor is looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee social housing and domestic property upgrade works across the area. The business has secured several large frameworks, offering long-term, stable work across a range of energy efficiency and property improvement projects. The Role You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of works including: * External Wall Insulation (EWI) * Solar PV installations * EV charging installations * General property upgrades You’ll oversee trades, labour and subcontractors, making sure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standard. Key Responsibilities * Manage site teams, contractors and daily works * Ensure Health & Safety standards are maintained * Manage RAMS, drawings, inspections and sign-offs * Monitor progress and quality of works * Liaise with contractors, residents and the office team * Resolve site issues and keep works moving to programme * Maintain accurate site records and documentation You’ll have support from the Contracts Manager, Directors, Resident Liaison Officers and Admin team, giving you a strong structure around the site delivery function.
