We are recruiting an experienced Planner to join a growing Energy Performance Contracting (EPC) team within a large UK organisation. Working across a portfolio of energy, decarbonisation and building services projects, you will be responsible for developing, managing and monitoring project programmes to support successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project programmes from inception through to completion.
  • Manage integrated programmes across multiple projects.
  • Produce cost and resource-loaded schedules.
  • Monitor progress, identify programme risks and develop recovery plans.
  • Support NEC3/NEC4 contract administration and programme impact assessments.
  • Provide accurate reporting, forecasting and programme analysis.
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Commercial, Design and Operational teams to ensure successful project delivery.

About You

Essential:

  • Experienced using Asta Powerproject, Primavera P6 or similar.
  • Experience planning complex construction, engineering, energy, building services or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of critical path analysis and programme risk management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable:

  • Project Controls experience.
  • APM Planning & Scheduling Practitioner or PMI-SP qualification.
  • Experience with Power BI and Earned Value Management (EVM).
  • Experience working under NEC3/NEC4 contracts.
