Project Manager or Senior Project Manager Dundee Permanent Position An established construction contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee projects across the Dundee area and surrounding. This role will involve managing projects from pre-start through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and within budget. You will coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers while maintaining high standards of quality and health & safety. Key Responsibilities * Manage construction projects from start to handover * Develop and monitor project programmes * Oversee site teams and subcontractors * Control project costs, materials and resources * Carry out site inspections and monitor quality * Ensure compliance with H&S and industry regulations * Attend client and project meetings * Work closely with commercial teams on reporting and project performance * Manage defects and project close-out activities About You * Previous experience as a Project Manager, Senior Site Manager or Contracts Manager * Strong construction background * Excellent planning and communication skills * Ability to manage multiple stakeholders * CSCS card and full UK driving licence * SMSTS and First Aid desirable This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Project Manager to join a busy contractor delivering a variety of construction projects across the region.
