Our client, a leading Tier 1 Building contractor, will play a key role in managing the successful delivery of MEP Services from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover. The Role:
As Building Services Manager, you will work closely with project delivery teams, consultants and subcontractors to ensure all building services installations are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme, budget and technical specifications. You will oversee every stage of the MEP process, ensuring designs are coordinated, installations meet statutory requirements, and projects achieve successful completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery of Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health services across multiple construction projects.
- Coordinate MEP activities from pre-construction through installation, commissioning.
