This role is for a proactive and dedicated Safety and Sustainability Manager to lead and improve the ESG and Health & Safety strategies for a lead manufacturer.
You will be a key player in building a culture of safety and sustainability across six business units, ensuring legal compliance and fostering a safe, ethical, and environmentally responsible operation.

- A strong understanding of relevant ESG frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD, CSRD) and safety management systems (e.g., ISO 45001).
- The credibility to influence and guide operational teams and senior leadership.
- Strong collaboration skills to engage with internal and external partners.
