The Role
- Lead and develop a regional HSE team (4-6 direct reports).
- Act as the go‐to specialist for all things Health, Safety & Environmental across property services, development and neighbourhoods.
- Drive risk reduction, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Own incident reporting, investigation quality and stakeholder coaching.
- Deliver strategic HSE programmes aligned to our "Everyone Safe & Well" vision.
- Represent HSE at senior meetings and external forums.
What’s required from you
- Strong track record in HSE leadership roles.
- NEBOSH L6 Diploma (or equivalent) + environmental qualification.
- Confident, credible communicator with the ability to influence and coach.
- Experience shaping policies, raising standards and driving cultural change.
