A leading housing provider is seeking a Stock Condition Surveyor to take ownership of site assessments across the South West. You’ll be the "boots on the ground," ensuring the organisation meets its landlord responsibilities, complies with the Decent Homes Standard, and delivers robust data to inform future investment and upgrade programmes.
Key Accountabilities- Carry out internal and external Decent Homes Standard stock condition surveys using mobile devices, including HHSRS assessments.
- Identify and escalate severe or moderate HHSRS hazards (with a focus on damp and mould) via email, providing supporting photographic evidence.
- Follow agreed no-access procedures and ensure all health and safety protocols are a primary consideration in your daily decision-making.
