What You’ll Be Doing

  • Audit & Review: Conducting thorough risk assessments and safety audits across social housing assets.
  • Policy Evolution: Reviewing and refining existing H&S policies to ensure they meet the latest regulatory standards (including the Building Safety Act).

What We’re Looking For

  • The Housing Specialist: You have a proven track record within a Housing Association or the wider public sector.
  • The Consultant Mindset: You can analyze complex safety data and translate it into actionable advice for non‑technical teams.
  • Qualified Expert: You hold a NEBOSH General cert (or equivalent).
  • The Communicator: You are comfortable influencing at all levels, from the boardroom to the repair depot.
