The successful Head of Carbon will ensure that all work is delivered to a high-quality and value for the clients, alongside advocating the business to new individuals and organisations to expand the consultancy’s reach. The successful Head of Carbon will: Have a proven track record in consultancy, delivering technical sustainability outcomes particularly around Net Zero, decarbonisation and SBTi. Be a self-starter, with motivation and ambition to deliver without constant oversight and management. Be naturally engaging, comfortable talking at events and engaging senior business leaders. Have experience winning new and expanding upon existing business, by identifying client opportunities, delivering proposals and pitches. Be comfortable in a leadership role, running client delivery programmes along with internal staff needs. In return the successful individual will receive an attractive compensation package consisting: An attractive base salary: £80,000-£100,000, dependent on experience. A discretionary bonus.
