A strategic and highly influential position has arisen for a Divisional EHS Manager - Supply to join a premier fluid technology solutions business, part of a FTSE100 multi-national industrial engineering Group. Reporting via a solid line into the Divisional Director (Supply and Operations), with a strong dotted line into the EHS Director, you will serve as the senior-most EHS leader for the division's global Supply network. Operating primarily through influence, you will shape the EHS strategy, lead integration for new acquisitions, and elevate safety culture across a diverse international footprint.

The successful Divisional EHS Manager - Supply will:

  • Bring extensive Health and Safety leadership experience within industrial manufacturing and peripatetic working environments.
  • Have a proven track record of driving behavioral change safety programs, global assurance tracking, and conducting robust compliance audits.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills to influence across all organizational levels without direct line authority.
  • Be a motivated critical thinker capable of managing early-tenure diagnostics, gap analysis, and acquisition integrations.
  • Hold a Level 6 Health and Safety Management Qualification (e.g., Bachelor's degree) and Chartered Membership of IOSH (CMIOSH) or an equivalent designation like BCSP-CSP. (Outstanding candidates with a clear 6-month plan to achieve this will be considered).
